01 / WHAT WE DO

Your ladders.
Our hands-on support.

One ladder concern or an entire fleet: get a clear picture of condition, corrective actions, and what needs attention next.

01

Inspection & assessment

Onsite condition inspections for portable ladders, mobile ladder stands, rolling ladders, and fixed ladders. Identify damaged components, missing hardware, and conditions that require removal from service.

KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE
02

Repair & maintenance

Feet, shoes, spreaders, bracing, ropes, and hardware. We evaluate repairs against equipment condition, available parts, and manufacturer guidance before proceeding.

ADDRESS WHAT CAN BE CORRECTED
03

Documentation & tracking

Asset identification, condition records, defect photos, and service history. Give your team an organized record of what was inspected, repaired, or identified for removal.

KEEP THE RECORD CLEAR

A PRACTICAL APPROACH

Repair when it makes sense.
Remove it when it doesn’t.

A damaged ladder doesn’t automatically need replacement. We assess the defect first, then determine whether an appropriate repair is supported. Structural damage or an uncertain repair calls for removal from service.

Ask about a ladder concern

Small defects deserve attention.

Worn or missing feet

Loss of grip and damage at the point of contact.

Damaged spreaders & hardware

Loose, missing, or damaged components that affect setup.

Fiberglass surface deterioration

Exposed fibers that irritate hands and warrant closer evaluation.

03 / COMMON QUESTIONS

A few things
worth knowing.

Can you inspect and repair during the same visit?

Appropriate minor repairs may be completed during the initial visit. Repairs requiring ordered parts or further evaluation are documented for follow-up. Equipment identified as unsafe should remain out of service until the concern is properly resolved.

Do we need an existing ladder safety program?

No. We can review how you currently identify, inspect, and handle damaged ladders, then help establish practical inspection and documentation steps.

How often should our ladders be inspected?

The schedule depends on equipment type, use, environment, manufacturer guidance, and applicable requirements. We’ll discuss a suitable recurring service interval. Scheduled visits support your program; users still need to check equipment before use.

What should we provide to get started?

Your location, approximate ladder count, equipment types, and any immediate concerns. Photos are helpful for specific repair questions. We can gather more detail during the onsite discussion.

How is service priced?

Scope is based on equipment count and type, condition, documentation needs, travel, and repair requirements. Contact us to discuss your fleet and receive a project-specific estimate.
